There is always a debate on whether business in better than job? or a good gob is better than a business. In business one has to face lot of stress, tension and in job lot of deadlines, smashing from boss. I think both r good in their respective nature but i prefer to business. What about u all??

It all depends on your current socio economic situation and how hard you are pressed for money and above all what is the level of risk you are ready to take. job means less risk and steady income and gradual increase in income depending on your competency. business is rock and roll, controlled by so many external factors which you have absolutely no control over. and how well you are equipped in your domain knowledge to deliver the results. there are three stages in business . Step 1. SURVIVE- start small but start smart and deliver the best and on time.profits will take time so look for break evens. Step 2. CONSOLIDATE its the stage where you work aggressively and make the best use of your resourses and consolidate your strength and establish yourself in the market. Step 3. DOMINATE This is stage where you start commanding the market in terms of demand and supply and pricing and branding

absolutely correct. u have hit the head of the nail. but u know its easy to say or write but its damn difficult to achieve it. In todays market there is so damn competetion and corruption that one needs to be the top most corrupt man to be successful in business. Cheers, Tutul
