how many are posting on dormcheck still

He sent me an email saying he was locking my account because I was ripping the site.. I did put a category in my forum for work from home: "itsourforum.com" concerning dormcheck. I believe people who posted there are going to need a venting place..He has covered himself well I think..By posting those terms..I think we cannot even ask for our pay ?

Aren't all of you mods there? I mean, I'm not all that active, but all your usernames look familiar...

Even dispite all that what is the worse is those he has chosen to be the face of dormcheck..Some of those mods have torn apart people deleted their posts and ridiculed them unnecessarily. There is one in particular who curses and swears at people and really treats them like trash. How can one expect a forum run by dictators to flourish?

I was a bigger fool then you .. I was gold and i had handed over all my earnings for referrals which never earned me a penny..he's a con artist!

I like the way you put it but I disagree..you will see on down the line..but eveyone has their favorite places you have the right to go there and enjoy it.:)

I think what it is, is the normal members of the site don't go around making bullies of themselves, so the wanna be god type person there, finds it to be a fun time to bully the members and get them to dance for their payments. While Mods have a demi-god status so he knows not to bully them, and treats them as someone close to equal to himself. So they get their payments quicker. It's strange to say the least, and at the same time it's sad, because there are a lot of people who have gone there to make some honest money, and they get screwed out of it, because "God" decided that what they have posted wasn't quality enough. I say down with Dormcheck, and not give it another moments thought. Cause it doesn't take all that long give a person their rightfully earned money and if he is having a problem with the time factor than he needs to have other's help him, but again they would probably have the "God Complex" to.

this is what is so strange. there is a mod there that keeps saying she got paid in less than a week, but there are at least 4 users including me who have to wait 3 weeks or more. I just logged in and another person said he hasn't been paid for 4 weeks and trying to contact the admin LOL to achieve minimum payment at least people have to post 1000 posts or 950 if they have more than 10 referrals (active ones). this means admin is checking the same amount of posts for everyone, how come one person takes less than 2 weeks to get paid and the rest 3 weeks or more? strange!

I feel your pain.. I was a mod and because I didnt fit the mold lost my color..;) Anyway ..I saw a thread there where someone actually called the owner a god..Thus he can do what he wants! He is 19 years old by the way..which explains his constant instability in his manners ..and his unprofessional way of handling the constant complaints of not getting paid. If you complain you get cut..even if your complaint is legit!

I know members with less posts than you that have been around as long as I have which is since Oct of 2006

Yes I am I have been a member for about a week now. plus you can probably tell by how many posts I have I haven't been around very long lol.

It's better to post here. I actually ran into one site that paid me $30 upfront to post and then 10 cents a post..asked me to post 50 posts daily with several usernames..That's 25 a week.. God always provides. I was surprised when I went to my paypal and say 45 dollars..IT is not like mylot but it's more a challenge..but I can always use extra money:)+

People are beginning to see the site for what it is!..I lost $72 ..should I say I wasted it..I am easy prey to such things..But no more!:)+

How much did you post there when you found out they would not pay you for being outside the uk/usa/canada? Did you lose much money?:)+

I would say stick with the tried and true..Mylot always paid..there has never been a time in my 6 months that they have not..the only changes mylot makes is for the better.. They add more features..They don't take away what works.. DC doesn't want to pay by egold because they figure they can get rid of alot of posters and save them a whole bunch of money.. Many of the people outside the usa use egold and us checks are not acceptable.. If there is a way they can get from not paying..they will do this. I am sorry if this sounds uncharitable but it's true:( +

Yes, MyLot is still the best. I have been paid by MyLot also and I trust this site very much. I regret joining other PTP sites that just wasted my time and effort.

It doesnt hurt to try but..dont put all your eggs in that basket..you end up short...You can always be sure here..Deleting posts is not left to the descretion of others..I think Mylot is very wise..can you imagine..It's because of their consistancy that people stay..You know you will earn here if you post at least 30 thirty replies and start equal amount each day...:)+

I just didnt visualize so much could come from a simple topic..but it's good it did..I think it shows a "sample" of what awaits those who go to dc and cross one of the mods.. Some mods there are nice..but alot of very headstrong and pushy and they keep pushing and pushing and hope everyone bows to their wishes.. Here it is not that way ..Mylot is a very lovely site..the administrators are fair and you never go unpaid if you reach your minimum $10 .. There are no extra required stunts..

I agree..I dont know why she can't be stopped..it's awful some the things a person is saying on here..Her purpose is to close down the discussion..because it exposes the dc forum as a scam.

I do like mylot, it just seems a lot more professional on the whole. There are still "bad people"(can't think of a better word this time of the night)on mylot that persecute people, (thinking of a few black sheep in the MLPD but thats another discussion) but as a web designer, I like the professional look of this site better too.. lol...

Why all the hatrid on here? I don't think that you should have to do anything to speed up your payment, what you have earned should be yours and given to you within a timely fashion. I think that they are a rip off and I refuse to fall victim to a scam like this while they are getting rich.

Afranciscan: You need to freaking read what things say before you go blabbing your mouth about them and bashing them. It never said you have to complete ANY of those offers in order to get paid. It says you can complete them in order to expedite payment! In order to get paid faster! You seriously need to get a life. I'm sure MyLot really appreciates all the attention you bring to DC here.

The owner is about 19 years old and I feel he needs to learn some stability and consistency before he tries to run such a thing..he is really letting the "mods" dictate..while he uses the money to make more ways to obtain more money.. I can't believe how he has people believe all that stuff about grab bags and referrals.. Of all the 142 ..never a penny..seems like the referrals were all ghosts..LOL

Those terms should've been worded very differently without a tyrranical statement. Anyone who tries to explain the T&C as "following the rules" should have their head checked.

Wow..I know I was shocked when she emailed me with vulgarity but more suprised when she jumped into this thread earlier ..in the post and said such filthy words..Luckily the admnistrators looked in and took out the really filthy stuff. I know when I told colin of this.. I was a mod..he "said he was taking us both of mods" but only took me off for disturbing the mods..He wanted me to change my name in order to receive my mod status..but lose all my posts.. I wasnt going to change my name to be a mod while mommiemoney got to keep hers and continue attacking posters. She is ruling the dorm and colin wont stop her ways..he is probably afraid of her..he doesnt realize he would have more posts if he would get rid of that nasty mod..He is only 19 I believe ..which explains why he sits back and lets it happen.. He is swimming in everyone's money..so why should he worry that they are being verbally beat up!! DC is a sad site and people who go there despite being warned should look forward to a life of sadness on that site.. You should help those you refer get off that site and on here..Mylot is the only real paying forum!!
