The best way to find good recipes from India and Pakistan is to check your local library. They should have a good selection of foreign cookbooks. The best author I can give you is Madhar Jaffrey. Not sure on the spelling of her first name. But she is an author that I have used many times. I had to learn how to cook Indian food.It took me about two or three years to master the art, but it was worth it. You can even look online for recipes. Depending on where you are living now, you might be able to find an Indian/Pakistani grocery that sells the spices that you will need for your cooking. And note that India and Pakistan pretty much have the same food.
