Do i need a shrink?

I have proposed my girl friend , she said yes. So far so fine.
the problem lies with fluff, he is a larador gifted to me by my brother. You must be thinking what am i saying
Girl friend , dog in one breath. yes thats the problem she doesnt like dogs, she is a cat-kind. so she never comes to my house though i have promised her that i would tie fluff when she would come , but all in vain.
now i cannot throw fluff neither my girl friend.please recommend..

This is a hard one. Can't you give the dog back to your brother? Of course, you could say to your girlfriend, "I'll put up with your cats if you put up with my dog!" Seriously though, are you saying that she'll break it off if you don't give up the dog? She knew about him when she said yes, so I think that it can't be as big of a problem that you are thinking. She might not have wanted to come to your house before for other reasons other than the dog. Just a few thoughts.

You'll end up with a dog that's jealous of your girlfriend and a girlfriend who's jealous of your dog. "You spend more time with that dog than you do with me..." :)

Get a grip........
Who do you love more? It is a simple question.
Life is full of decisions.
However, there are also compromises.
For instance, give the dog to someone who will provide a good home and lives near to you so you can go visit fluff now and then.

Hey, even I am a bit scarred of dogs, but I think its just not the dog. What you can do is try make both of them friends or you can alternatively drop your fluff to some friends place and then invite her, later you can bring your dog back. this way you can have both of them in your life.
