How do you cope up with the changes in your life?

Change as we all know is the law of life. Without it life is stagnant. We have to change for our own growth for our own achievements. It is sometimes for your own betterment but if you go astray negative things will happen. I just wanna know the following: 1. How do you take changes in your life? 2. Do you easily adapt it? 3. Do you resist it? 4. What are the steps that you are taking to go with the changes that are happening?

I ,for some reason,cannot take change easily enough.I guess I like my routine and a set way of life.But when changes do happen,then I prepare myself well in advance mentally.If the change is sudden then I tend to slow down,stop and think what is happening.ThenI adapt to the change.But this is only with regard to major changes like moving from a place to another,etc.But with minor changes,I tend to be very calm and sort of "I expected that" kind of attitude.Afterall,one cannot escape change.

yep. we already have our routines and we live our daily lives with it. it's like our automatic selves. even if we close our eyes, we know what to do already... step by step. and sometimes, change ruins it or change us for the better. it's really up to us. we have the power to decide on it. so, better use it wisely.

to cope up, you should always remember and accept the fact that changes will always be present in our lives. no matter how settled we feel we are and satisfied, changes and surprises will come along our way. so, we always prepare for it. let's answer your questions... 1. i go on with changes. it's there and it's natural to go through all the time. 2. nope. i don't. usually, it's very difficult to go through changes. it's doing something new and getting into something you haven't been to before. and it's like risking something because of the change you are going to make. so, it's not easy and it's hard to adapt. 3. yep. sometimes, i do. before going through a change, we can have options on whether to take the change or not. so, we can resist it or take it. 4. first, i try and think about it. have an inner talk to myself. is such a change important and if i can deal with it. if i can, i prepare myself for the change and i deal with it. if i find it hard, i try to resist it or delay it until i am finally prepared to take it.
