It sounds as if you don't know anything about blogging and have no idea what to blog about. My question is if you don't have something you really want to blog about, why bother? It's not a fad. If you have so little to say that you have to ask other people for help, your blog probably isn't going to be worth reading.

I respectfully disagree. He may have a whole head full of ideas and just need some input on where to take it. And as for "why bother?". Well, I would rather try something and find it not to work than to let it sit. Just my opinion, obviously. Namaste'.

I always blog to speak my mind and get people thinking. OK, well, not always. I have my fluff blogs, but for the most part I use my blogs as my soap-box. I get up there and tell people what is wrong with the world and hopefully open some eyes. This tactic, I think, has caused FOX to delete my MySpace account, but I just opened a new one. I Cannot be Silenced!

Well, I have to say Tweak does usually use his blog for a forum of his concerns. I would not call it a soap-box, per se', unless that is how he wants to describe it. Issues that make you say "oh yeah", is more like it. And we NEED that. And of course, this is a shameful kiss up comment but such is life, right.

Basically I use my blogs as kind of a personal "dumping ground". Maybe I just consider the subject "me". Oh, sounds narcissistic, doesn't it? But seriously, for me it is about expressing what is happening, what I am feeling, or what is important to me at any time. So I guess you would call it a personal blog. Probably more interesting to people who know me well most of the time. And as for topics, it's all fair game really. As far as the organization of it, probably just depends on who you want to reach. I have no goals. I do it for me. But if you are trying to reach a certain audience, it would probably behoove you to seperate them into categories. That way your target audience does not lose interest.
