Hi friends, do you still read comics. It was fun when we were children. Life without comics was empty. I have read almost all kinds of comics like, Richi Rich, Archie, Jughead, spooky, casper, wendy, Phantom, Tarzan, Mandrake the magician, superman, batman,,,, It was fun .......I remember me and my brothers use to read comics also while our lunch and dinner as it added more taste to food.......lol . I wonder if today children have any liking for comics

yeah i like to read comics, mostly manga and anime though because they are the best. i also read lots of calvin and hobbes books because they are awesome and funny and they give me a lots of laughs when i haven't had a good laugh in years. i love comics, but they are not as good as some books. some comics are though, even better!!

Move over Batman. India's batting superstar Sachin Tendulkar has gained superhero status, soon to feature in a new range of comicbooks, animations and games.

I do not know when I stopped reading comics but I believe it was after I stopped subscribing to newspapers and since I didn't buy them everyday on my own I couldn't follow the story in the comic strips so I stopped reading them eventually. But I remembered I loved to read them when I was young and would buy them every week. One of my favourites was Dennis the Menace and Born Loser. Maybe it's also due to aging, lol. I prefer to read novels now.

I love archies! I used to have a comic collection as a child...I don't know where those comics are now. My niece is into Archies too. Too bad I wasn't able to keep my old archies so that I could pass the torch unto her.

Try to find your collection , it is always fun to read them and enjoy. If we will read comics our children will automatically find interest in it.

Few years back I discovered a great series of comics called "War Picture Library." Very well-written stories, beautiful uncolored pen-and-ink drawings. They're a UK-based series and ran for a few decades. I've never seen them for sale around here.
