Big Brother Philippines - All About Making Money

Big Brother, Philippine Edition, has different policies than that of internation Big Brother reality shows. Here in Big Brother Philippines they let the viewers vote on the nominee that they don't want to get kicked off the house which is the exact opposite than the usual Big Brother. You see the point of money making there? It's actually obvious. Of course, viewers will vote the housemate that they really want to be able to stay inside the house and the one with the least votes gets kicked out. So it's like racing on the part of the viewers but they don't know that the show earns massive profits with that. agree with me? Do you think it is okay? I mean it is so different!

I completely agree with you on that! Just imagine manipulations and fixings on that show, I have nothing against that show. But I know that there are scripts that their "so-called" big brother for contenders to do, especially when they don't like that individual, they'll do their best to make viewers see that this certain individual is the worst and has no value for the show. So they turn on to these viewers who wants to vote the contender who did not perform well, that's where money and also ratings comes in that field. They know how to play with viewers and manipulate the situation, the scripts are so obvious and people are ignoring it. There's nothing original about that show, they are all just making a good (or maybe worse) edition out of it..

That's an accusation. I've never heard of anything like that. But if it's true, the staff, director, and network are making big mistakes. They allegedly manipulate and edit their shows to divert the audience from what they think shouldn't be there in the first place. I guess it's true, I'm going to tell the whole world what they're doing. It's totally unfair. If that was one way of getting more votes by dividing the audience and raking in more votes for each housemates, to make it look like they're all close, and people need to vote to break the tie or to give them an obvious headstart. I guess if it's true, I'm not going to watch it anymore. Instead, I'm going to let people know that the staff, director and network is too cruel, bad and evil. Make money but do it in a decent way.

I don't see anything wrong to what I said here, this is my opinion and not an accusation. My opinion is mone only and it is up to you to agree or not.. Money is what makes that show to rate, and they did a good way of handling it..

It's plain obvious the PBB is out again to milk its audience. However, it's shown late in the evening and young people and adults alike are left with the choice to watch it and pull for their favorite PBB girl or boy. They are intelligent audience but the excitement and craze of keeping the underdogs inside the house is the ultimate goal of our countryfellas. The family of well-heeled housemates are spending thousands or maybe millions of text messages to even the odds of their rich kids against the poor ones. It's not really a big deal for me. The audience are given the choice to vote or not to vote. It's up to them whether to root for their favorite housemates or just step back and watch it unfold.

I think so too but the thing is the producers and all are so cruel!
