My baby is only 6 months old and prefers me to him. I think he takes offense to this, evenknowing I'm the one who's home with her all day and takes care of her. It's only natural that she would prefer me because I'm the one she's around all the time. Well, yesterday my husband bought a puppy and is ONLY concentrating on that dog. I really do think he bought her to get some love from someone or something. What should I do?

Your husband is just too sensitive about the baby preferring you to him. The baby is still an infant and when she gets older, she will be all over him and he is the one who doesn't want to be disturb during that time. The bad thing about it is that, if your husband is at work, you are looking after two babies...your baby and the puppy. Another additional work and responsibility for you. You should talk to him about it or you will have your hands full.

I just had my baby 3 months ago and my husband is the complete opposite. lol. I have to take her everywhere I am always changing the diapers he will feed her but i have to burp her.but He will change my 2 year old. Its as if he's scared to change or burp her its really weird. just give him time maybe on the weekend leave him with her so he can have some quality time. and you get a break. I wouldn't force it on him though I think my husband felt that way at some point of time with all my girls your right its just that you spend all the time with her. claire
