Has anyone made anything like this?If not try it ,it's good! you need: steak stips for stir fry 1 onion greengaints whole mushrooms 1 of each-red,green,yellow sweet peppers 1-2 hot chili peppers ( all depends if you like it hot) soy sauce worchester sauce butter Put meat in bowl of worchester and soy sauce to soak,chop up veggies and place veggies and mushrooms in another bowl and let them soak in worchester and soy sauce,let all soak for atleast a hour.Then Fry meat til done in large skillet (fry in veggie oil,when done take out of skillet to drain on plate with paper towels to soak up oil.Put 3 tb. of butter in clean skillet and and fry on low heat the veggies and mushrooms,til tender.Then add meat ,let it fry slowly on low heat for 15 minute,if butter fries out then put a little more in.To get the steakhouse feeling ,bake a large potatoe ( make sure to wash and dry and cut a slit in the tater before cooking it)in the microwave for 15 minute or til you can stick a fork in it easy-like, once done cut open long wise and put butter in and sour cream.And then Eat up!

stir-fry vegetables with pork and seafoods is very great too . . . i always include shrimps , scallops and crab meat with snap peas , brocolli , asparagus , carrots , cabbage , cauliflower , young corn and button or shitake mushrooms . aside from soy sauce and oyster sauce i will use sesame oil also to add a much aromatic and more flavor to meat and vegetables . just don't overcook everything to make it perfect !
