Naomi Campbell showed up wearing black stilettos but fortuntely had work boots slung over her shoulder as he reported for community service Monday at a New York City sanitation garage. The supermodel showed up on time to start her five-day sentence for throwing a cell phone at her maid over a pair of missing jeans. She'll reportedly do some sweeping and maybe even cleaning toilets. I think a lot of celebs would benefit from some humbling community service. What do you think? http://apnews1.iwon.com/article/20070319/D8NVA2DO0.html

I think they should've prepared a special welcoming committee for Ms. Campbell...one that consisted of some real hard core "sisters" who would have scared the poop out of her. I think she then should've had to do anything they said to do, including cleaning toilets and scrubbing and waxing floors, and she should've had to do all of it in those "stilleto heels" all week, so she would know what "real pain" was.

She DID clean some toilets, they say, though in workboots, not the stilletos. I think they should film all these celeb community service stints and make a reality show... call it "America's Funniest Hidden Home Videos of the Celebrity Idol Community Service All-Star Survivors" (trying to work in as many TV show names as possible for maximum market penetration and key demographics).

That's an excellent idea! That one might even offer American Idol some competition! Funny stuff Idle!

Oops!! Did I repeat myself? Well...that's how I feel! haha! Or maybe she should take one of those stilletos in the head so she would know what her maid felt like getting hit in the head with a cell phone! I don't have any pity for spoiled people like this! I say throw the "heel" at her!!

Just read today that she successfully completed her community service. The sanitation department said that yes, she did clean toilets!

I think it won't help change her personality, Ms. Campbell is one celebrity who sees herself to be the one that most people should look up to. And that feeling is the one that always puts herself in trouble, she should be more humble in treating other people. Because everyone, rich or poor, have equal rights as humans. I also think that her penalties are a bit too soft for her inconsiderable actions, I bet she'll do it again and again.

Maybe this sanitation gig will teach her that she can't get away with doing stuff like that. And that she may have to do community service again if she doens't shape up.

I think Naomi should have to sweep floors and scrub toilets in those stilettos all week, so she'd know a little pain herself!

I heard this morning she has a sanitation department employee carrying around her purse for her, but I'm not sure how accurate that is. It's a bizarre idea, if true!

I don't know. Naomi has a hot temper. I think she will cool off for a while but give her a little while she will go back to "Slap a hoe Naomi" in no time.

I'd like to think this experience would make her more humble, but somehow I doubt it.
