Are you a breakfast eater?

I usually skips breakfast eventough i am aware that it is the most important meal of the day.I usually have just a slices of bread for breakfast and hot chocolate, lucikly i can get through the day and it gives me enough energy equivalent to a full meal.

I try to have breakfast as often as I can. Pancakes are my favorite, along with some fresh orannge juice Yumm!!!

Pancakes, they are really yummy together with orange juice.But im avoiding a little carbo now, coz im losing weight.

ya friend i agree with you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. friend i am usually eat in break fast corn flakes or tamato sandwich,or piece of bread with butter and tea. bye

I usually wake up but don't get to eat until lunch time. I use to be able to eat breakfast when I got up earlier but I stopped waking up at 7 in the morning. Breakfast just doesn't interest me as much as lunch and dinner.

I barely eat breakfast, although I know that it's the most important meal of the day. I usually eat cake with my coffee, and that's it. I just don't have time to eat organize, but I wish I had enough time for that, because after an hour that i'm already gone from home, I start to get hungry.

Me, I cannot skip breakfast because I really need to eat a lot because it takes me 2 hours travel to go to work and next meal that i will have is already for lunch. I do not like eating bread, i prefer eating rice. I am a heavy eater.

i know it's a bad habit but i tend to skip breakfast. i try not to but i usually wake up very late already. sometimes i even skip lunch so by the time it's dinner time, im starving already and ready to stuff my face with any food i see within my reach.

i usually am not, i drink coffee. but then i just bought this cereal from trader joes that has soy and flax seed and all kinds of good things in it- so i will try it. i am dieting., and feel hungrier when i eat breakfast all day long!

breakfast - breakfast is the most important meal of the day
i dont usually eat breakfast before and my tummy is used to it there are no butterflies in my times till it reached to 12:00 shes really used but now that i am working early at 8:00 and i have to wake up at 6:00 i started eating breakfast and when i was married my husband never skips breakfast and we eat together he wants me eat breakfast as they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.^^

meal - Some mylot friends think breakfast is the most important meal in a day.
Some mylot friend have posted discussion on how to keep health by means of eating cleverly. They stated that you should never skip breakfast because it is the most important meal in a day. Then you should take a light at dinner and after eating dinner you should not going to sleep immediately. The reason is the food you eaten takes time to digest completely. And if you sleep right after dinner, extra fats from food may not be able to be remove from the digestive system. They will then be accumulate in the body. Too much accumulated fats is harmful to our health.

I used to skip breakfast, fairygreen. After having my two girls, I decided to make breakfast a part of our daily meals. I usually serve them heavy breakfast so they will stay mentally alert for school. If your body is use to skipping breakfast or eating a light meal, you will not feel anything about lacking energy anymore. Food cravings and hungers are all in the mind only.

sometimes i skip breakfast when i awaken late. but i will do is to eat lunch early or if i have the time, when i am at work i eat breakfast there. Because breakfast is so important, in breakfast we will get the energy we will be using for our work and daily task. when we did not eat breakfast, we feel so weak and our memory has lower span of downloading.

I usually skip breakfast.. but i ensure i fill my stomuch with as much as water possible. I read in a book. On empty stomuch if water is taken it helps in reducing the body fat. I have put on weight a lot recent years so i am try the most to reduce it. if you have any tips let me know...
