what do you think of capital punishment?

there are many countries where capital punishment is still going on . i think when a person commits a crime worth capital punishment he is definitely not in normal state of mind ,but when punishment is given people around him are supposed to be in normal state then how can one take that life which is not even given by us?

I don't think so captial punishment is a good idea. I have seen capital punisment's examples taking place in even our societies. Take example of schools only where full class is suspended for deeds of two or three students. I disagree on thought of giving capital punishment in any country or society .
