what to cook?

I have potatoes, carrots, swede (turnip) casserole beef, stock and tomatoes...any suggestions as to what to cook...recipes welcome please? Might be able to throw in a few extras!

I would suggest you take the potatoes, carrots and swede and boil them together in vegetable stock and then blitz it up to make soup which you can serve with chunky bread. You could make a pasta sauce with the tomatoes and serve it with carrot sticks. Or you could do roast potatoes with vegetable mash. Sorry I don't know how to cook meat, but I dont' think you need it to make a good meal anyway.
