I have been trying to gain 7 pounds.

I have been trying to put on some weigh but I have been unsuccessful. I currently weigh 119 and no matter how had I try I can not get to my goal of 126. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas that may help me reach my target weigh. I also have high cholesterol so eating McDonald's or Burger King everyday is not an option.
