Do you meditate? How? Do you sit? Lie? Do any particular exercises? Focus on chakras? Focus on the act of focusing? What is your meditation routine, and how is it working for you? What benefits have you gained from your meditation?

Actually my meditation practices vary from session to session really...alot of key factors for me are #1 body pains...if I'm have a bad day physically I have to lay flat on my back..if I'm having a good body day I can sit up...I also meditate with various goals in mind again depending on the day...sometimes its just to reconnect with my inner me or even just a part of the inner me..sometimes its for something specific and other times still its just to "be"..What have the benefits been? wow there are so many...I've become more in tune with myself mentally/spiritually and emotionally...I've become more connected and in tune to the world around me....I've become more at peace with existance/life which in turn has helped me to better handle ppl, situations and so on.....I'm at a very peaceful place in life now partly thanks to my gtting back into meditating a few yrs back...

I agree, it seems to vary a lot for me too. And I feel your pain - I always have to meditate on my back, because I sat hunched over through all my school years. My teacher always told me I was gonna have a bent spine... Hindsight, hindsight... lol

In Ramana maharishi's ' Watching where this I staring? means arises? yes, accoring to my 'self' emerges over the body consiousness I is there, but It pervade all. Not need of this body, then we feel body in only in my universe manifest of 'I-I' non stop of illuminate. Then our vision are totally changed. we can say only we should experienced it.

Yes, I do meditate, but it's really MY meditation, not an known exercise like yoga, etc... I sit, my legs on the folded, I close my eyes, listening Trance music, any styles : when I'm angry, it's psychedelic trance, when I want to extase myself, it's a (high sensation) uplifting trance, when I want to escape, it's goa trance... etc.. For me, music is really a part very important of my meditation. Also, I try not to think. Simply imagine the vibrations of the atmosphere, created by the sound !
