For Your Breath -- Do you use gum or candy mints?

To keep your breath fresh and smell good do you chew gum or put candy mints in your mouth?

i always bring my mouth wash with me....but i prefer candy mints than chew gum...

not all the time i have my toothbrush and mouthwash in handly but i try to... if ever, even in the office i try to brush my teeth after my lunch but if ever i cant i have starbucks peppermint mints and gum anywhere i go... : )

I like to use breath mints. It makes my mouth feel so fresh and clean.

regularly going to the dentist helps since cavities & other gum problems & the sources of bad breathe. For convenience, listerine strips or mint candies works

I brush my teeth 5-6 times a day, especially after meals and snacks. I also use a non-burning mouthwash as well. As for gum or mints, I prefer mints!

Toothbrushing and gargle listerine. I carry with me clorest candy mints to freshen my breath.

I use both. I always have sugar-free gum and sugar-free mints in my purse, my car, and in my desk drawer. I prefer gum, but there are some places where chewing gum looks wrong or "tacky".
