Anyone here following the ICC World Cup cricket? If you are, which team are you supporting? I am supporting Brian Lara and the West Indies!!! What a great performance so far by this team and their strategy finally seems to be working.

Yes!! I am following and definitely supporting my home team for a first record-setting win as hosts!!! I think they have definitely played well so far! I am happy to see them at the top of their group and be the first to qualify for the super 8! Kudos to Brian Lara!! He's magnificent! I am so thrilled for them and hope they continue with this strategy and that it will continue to work for them! Never mind the stats on who has the highest World Cup score because we all know they wouldn't have made those scores against stronger teams! I am rooting for my team to rise above the rest and dominate this tournament! Go Windies!

That "US" designation is purely to accomodate my paypal account, because I used to live in the US and that's when I set up my paypal account and I still use the account, so I thought it would be easier to do that than sign up for yet another online service. So...I am actually now back in Trinidad and was born and bred here! Tomorrow we face Australia! I do hope we will give them a good thrashing! They have had only easy matches so far...the only team that looked to give them some competition was South Africa but they didn't quite "follow through" so it's up to us to show those Aussies! lol
