Anyone one know how mylot pay/rewards for the photo

Hi all, Does anyone know how my lot rewars us on the photo that we are uploaded? Does any criteria apply to earn point/money from the photo? Does uploading more photo give us more money compare to our active involvement in discussion? Your advise please.
