Hurry up into this discussion! Quickly, get in here. I read a lot of articles on diet, weight loss, exercise, etc. I enjoy organizing diet plans (if I have the time), and giving people simple tips they can do with there diet. If you want any advice, or want to share what you current plan of attack is feel free to! I'll analyze it N you'll be on yur way to be'n tone N look'n wery good. Summer is on it'z way. Utt, ohhhhh.

I have been working on losing weight and my best advise is this. It's a marathon not a sprint. The most I have lost in a weeks time has been 3 pounds. But here I am 18 pounds lighter in a smaller size and that feels really good. I think people set them selves up to fail because they are far to restrictive. Then when they do fall off the wagon they are way to hard and beat them selves up. I have fallen off the wagon so much it is even funny. I just hop my happy butt right back on there. If there is something I really really want I eat it and move on. I do not take a pill to do it. I think doing the old fashion way is the best. So hop you happy butt on my wagon!
