Update on my mom

as I wrote last night my mom had a stoke well today she seems much better as they changed med for blood thinner t oone that works for heart and blood thinner
and the best thing I talked to her on the phone altho her words are pretty slurred I could make out most of what she said and I got her to laugh my sis thought that was great that she has her humor still and she will have to have food pureed for awhile for her tongue isnt working good and the report to night is she has ate every thing they have gave her which we feel sure she hadnt been doing by herself.
The Doctor was happy with the progress she has already made.
and she will stay in this room she is in for a day or to then theymove her to rehab .
This has just effected her speach some of her writing which she was doing better today and her eating her legs not effected.
So all the prayers that went up have started to work already thanks all for you rprayers and you good wishes

I am so relieved yo hear this Lakota - all the signs look good honey - sense of humour is sooo important in this situation! Will keep up the prayers for continued recovery and for your family to have the strength to cope honey! God Bless x
