A good leader should be able to listen and to utilize the gifts and skills of those who are under him.Or that he's leading. Or she'd leading.

Well let me begin by saying that a good leader is a good listener,because he will atune to the wisdom of the world!A good leader will be idealistic,and willing to sacrifice,to reach that idealistic goal!He must possess organizational wizardry!He must possess a business sense that is cunning,acute,and not to be doubted!He will be able to deter problems that manifest in his way!He will be able to win the admiration of people that he leads! A good leader doesn't hesitate when it is necessary to take control! A good leader will do his homework incessantly, and his research thoroughly, to stay ahead of his competition! Wouldn't it be nice, if we could get a president of a country like this??
