I am so mad!!! i have bank of america as my business account, and they give you a year end summary at the end of the year for your taxes.. well they said they sent them out feb 17, and today i still have no summary... i have called 4 times to get one,, and each manager told me a different date, and apologized saying they would rush it out! still no summary.. yesterday, i called again, and they said it was NEVER sent and apologized for the problem,, claiming the company merged and has just now begun to get things together.. so they have all lied! Yet they seem to have no problem sending me checks to spend, or new money to borrow every single week. how is it that that is not a problem for them? as soon as i pay my next statement, i am axing them!!!!!!!

I usually drop a credit card company because of better "perks" elsewhere. I hate all those blank checks they send and all their junk mail too. Like someone else said on here, use their postage paid envelope to send the crap back to them. However I guess when we do that, it just raises their costs which is then passed on to the consumer. It's a no win situation sometimes.

i know that some offer better perks, i recently talked with our banker, and they said that the more you change, and cancel your credit cards, the worse this is for your credit score. i had no idea about that. they claim that people who have bad credit are known to have a card for the term of a couple statements, and when they cancel quickly its a mark on your credit report. so, i hate to have to cancel a card, but this company has me really ticked off. it goes to show you that they really don't care if you are happy with them or not. and all they want is to get you in debt, and if your smart enough to keep things paid off, they will do nothing for you.

How damn frustrating !!! I agree, get out! Can your local bank offer you the business credit card you need? I'd rather give my business to someone local.... Just a thought!!
