I lost 3 cents overnight. How does this happen?

Monday night I made a bunch of posts. Quality posts. And for those efforts, Tuesday morning my earnings showed that I'd earned 25 cents. Tuesday I posted a bit and Wednesday morning I showed that I'd earned 22 cents. That's great, right?
This morning I log in and my earnings from Monday have changed from 25 to 22 cents, so I lost 3 cents. How does this happen? Can they just decide to just take money from us for no reason? None of my posts were trivial or abusive, so I can't see why I'd be penalized for anything I wrote. Has anyone else had this happen to them? My earnings from yesterday haven't been updated yet.

You are lucky already. I lost 50 cents today. myLot always does things in this high-handed manner. They take money from you and you don't know why.
They say discussions have been deleted - so your responses likely with them. Unless you really go back and check it this is true, you can only take their word for it.

Did anything you responded to get deleted? That's the first thing I check. Otherwise, honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. I think they are making some changes or updates to the system because my eaarnings amount has changed 3 times in the hour I've been on today. This happens here occassionally, and it always gets straightened out in the end. Just be patient and happy posting!!

In so far as I can tell, nothing was deleted. I don't remember all of the ones I responded to, but they seem to be there. I contacted admin to ask about it, so maybe they'll have an answer for it. Thanks for responding.
