link it brings her to my sign in for my lot, how does she sign up using me as referral and why does it take her to a place where I am logged into my lot? I am not sure I want to send referrals if this means people can then have access to my sign in, but this person fortunately told me of the problem and is willing to wait for an answer before signing in to my lot for the first time so I can get the referral credit. However how does she do this?
I mailed her via the invite a friend link. She clicks on link and it brings her to this page which is my sign in.

On the left hand side, if you scroll down, there is something that says "your referral url is:http://whatever"
Just copy and past that and send it to her. That's what I have done in the past and it's worked.

but when I do that it goes to the mylot with MY SIGN IN, and so this person now can access my own mylot account but still doesn't have a link to sign up, I double checked the FAQ on this, and wrote to mylot help still waiting I don't want my friend to get frustrated and just sign in with out the referral since she is willing to give the referral credit to me.

I think you gave her the link to your profile and not your referal link. The proper link has ref= in it.
