Anyone know if there is a way to search for someone's user ID by city?

Why would you want to do that? If the person is on your friends list you can PM them and ask but most people want to remain anonymous.

sorry, forgot to add that it's regarding ebay. Trying to find a seller who changed user ID.

If the seller only changed the user ID in the past 30 days I think you can still search for it with his old id by going to community. Otherwiese if you still have the seller email address you can contact the seller by sending him an email. If you still can't contact him this way maybe you can contact ebay directly...good luck finding the seller..xx
