My favorite is Jeremiah 29:11 too. It helped me in one of the hardest times of my life, my two miscarriages in 2001 and 2002. God is awesome!!!

What a difficult question! The part of the Bible I most often refer to in my daily life is Ecclesiastes. I find it astonishingly relevant to my daily life, and often use it as a source of meditation. I also find it to be a good 'entry point' for people who may not be Christians, but who're interested in getting started. There are so many phrases in Ecclesiastes that are familiar to people that it makes them comfortable with what they're reading, and familiarity is important. Combine that with the relevance and it's a superb Book.

I always remember Romans 8:28 because this gives me strength when I am confronted with problems and I am almost always confronted with problems - All things work together into good for those who love God...

John 15:5 I am the vine, all of you are the branches. He that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit. For without me all of you can do nothing.

Phillipians 4:6-7 are verses that I recite anytime I am feeling anxious about situations in my life. These verses remind me to turn it over to God and trust that he will fill me with peace with these situations. When I truly let it go and turn it over to Him, I do find peace in my life. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus."
