What you do when you feel low?

Oh,amlam1 i'm a very late one for this discussion but i also like to say something.It's a real good discussion. Sometimes i feel low because of job,study,communication even the relationship to my husband.Once,i stay alone then listen to the music,writing something.But they didn't work on me.Occasionly,i'm low.I ran to my home,sweat wet my clothes.I'm so tired that i only want to have a sleep.Then when i wake up,all the unhappy was over.From then on,when i meet something sad,i will some exercise.I believe sweat could wash out those.And it real work on me.Wish you happy every day!:}

I believed you, whenever we exercise our body will release a hormon. I think the hormon's name is endorphine, or something like that. But, I am sure that this hormon is happy hormon. It makes we feel happier compared to before the exercise. Also, I am very sure that exessive exercise will lead to fatique, I saw a program on tv that told this. My personal experience is if I did too much exercise, I will get very tired and I cant even sleep. What do you think?

Thank you for your responce.I agree with you.If we do too much exercise we can't have a good sleep.May different person have different quality.For me becouse of sad feeling and the too much tired i can go to sleep quickly.Plus,everytime i will put something under my little leg it makes me more comfortable to sleep.I thingk you can have a try.In a word,for our short living,we should live colourful and happily .Togetherly throwing sad far away.Share me your sad if you will then yours will be half.Remember smiling and laughing are our best friend in our daily life.Yes?:)

i really feel very sad when things go wrong...i just sit quietly ,try to listen to some good indian music...that really helps me alot..cause if i dont distract myself i feel frustated and that leads to fight with my spouse...which i dont like doing..nobody does

Put some feel good music on and get the chore that has been waiting to get done done! You may as well work the frustrations out in a positive and productive manner and in the end you will have something to feel really good about. :)
