I don't know what others thnk, but I was totally mesmerized by the movie. Specially the scene whwere Hector and Achilles have a fatal fight was really moving.
The line by Agamemnon, "Mighty Achilles! Stopped by the words of a woman" depicted what women can do without using arms.
i really enjoyed the movie.

If anything, I thought the movie was largely underrated. I'm not good at history and I'm not sure if I really want to know how fiercely a past generation loved and fought, but some of the scenes in the movie are quite unforgettable. In the opening scene, a war is about to begin as the two armies ready themselves. The rival army announce their best warrior Boagrius, and Agamemnon announces his best warrior Achilles, in a most charismatic way, only Achilles is nowhere to be found. I thought the art direction in this movie was superb, and now that you've reminded me of it, I think I should watch it again some time soon.

I actually really enjoyed that movie. It wasn't historically accurate, and I did find that a bit annoying. But, I was fortunately able to look past that for a moment, to enjoy the story-line and action sequences.
