learn not to punish your partner

learn that punishing your partner won't work.it may make you feel better to give him/her a hard time, but it will actually make him/her dig his/her heels in more. a better tactic is to reward the things you like and ignore what you don't like.what do you think?

Yes it sounds good but when there is hurt involved it is very hard not to react and I think your partner needs to know when they hurt you, it i a hard time and I guess everyone is different.
