yes,but for a health body,sport is not the most important factor.in my opinion,the nutrition is also important.and the exercise,the food,the relax,the good-mood,and the like,i think,these factor should not be shortage of.

Sports help everyone to keep healthy.Physical exercises can imcrease the circulation of the blood,and thus more oxygen is taken into and more waste matter is expelled from the body.at the same time,food and nutrition is the basis of this.

A healthy person can always be energetic and enjoy life whatever things may be.Poor in health,a person can not achieve much success though he is well educated.

Maybe different sports for different age.older people can not do acutely sprots,it is so easy to hurt their body.

Suitable sports will be help at health.I think it is better to describe them.Swimming is a good sprots for all physical condition person.
