how do you cope with stres from school/ work

Everyone feels stressed at times.YOU may feel under pressure,worried,tense,upset,sad,angry,or maybe a mixture of uncomfortable feelings.For example,your school work may pile up,preparing for exams may seem as if it is take forever.At home you may be arguing with parents,brothers or sisters,or close friends.If you have stress,what do you would to do?Do you tald to your parents,a family member or closed friend?

I deal with high stress everyday at work. So I come home, kick off my shoes, change into relaxing comfortable clothes and turn on the TV to some good comedy sitcoms. I watch at least 2 or 3 of these until I unwind a bit, then I am ready for anything and my mood has changed for the best.

i can say i just stop for a while, have a walk or you can just listen to music but someone to chat is i can say the best med for stress

What I'd do to relieve stress is going for a nice long walk by myself to reflect on life. Take a day off, treat myself to a theraputic massage. Have a exhilarating pedicure, in other words spend a day at the spa getting pampered. Take yourself out to a nice meal. You deserve, you only live once.
