My computer often crashes.What's wrong with my computer?can you tell me?

you've either got a power issue, the power supply isn't stable, you got a virus, or you've a case of spyware. if your computer's 'genuine windows', you need to download windows defender from microsoft. if your computer isn't 'genuine' and you got your copy of windows from a non legal source, get zone alarm or another program from http://www.freewarefiles.com/search.php and an antivirus for free from http://avast.com/ however, if you've a power issue, i can't help you. but you need these programs to protect yourself from the internet's baddies as the net can be a risky place.

There is something wrong with yur computer, if it's not on hardware, maybe your computer is already infected by virus. Better install an anti-virus and update it on the Internet. If the damage is already severe, better reformat your pc and reinstall windows or whatever OS you want.

just restore your computer ( if operating system is XP ) to an earlier time you problem will be solved. to restore follow the steps : start\all programs\accessories\system tools\system restore. opening system restore wizard follow the instructions. thanks .
