wat du u think is the safest way to lose weight? i min wat r the practices that u can share for those who does exercise programs but even though they do it, the results are very slow,? let's help others,,, =)

the safest way to lose weight is by exercising,running and more important to have your diet chart..consult with your doctor about ur diet chart and see u reduce in calories,saturated fats and sugar.Sugar is the main thing we should keep in mind while losing weight.Reduce your intake of sugar and chocolates and oily things like chips and all such snacks, and see the difference u will feel light.so good luck..

From personal experience, the best n healthy way 2 lose weight is simply eat regularly (bfast, lunch, n dinner) and the most important thing is no snacking (chips, cookies, etc.) It was pretty hard for the first 2 weeks but after that i lost more than 10 pounds in a month period. The safest way to lose weight is to lower your caloric intake along with increasing your usage. It may seem slow but it isn't. You might gain as much muscle every week and not think you are losing but you are losing fat. That is what counts. I usually gain 5 pounds or so every winter sitting inside. This weight is easy to shed because I am active from sun rise to sunset when it gets warm. I don't eat fast food. If I do eat that garbage it is a veggie sub from Subway. The best advice I can give whether you are walking, lifting weights or your daily job is to put 120% into it. That is how I work and I manage to always maintain a muscular physique. It will help you to increase your metabolic rate. Not to sound like a wise guy but it was slow to gain the weight. Just be thankful that it comes off faster than it takes to put it on.
