I don't think so. It's not so easy. Because it needs enough quantity or dose of the AIDS virus for them to grow or infect the host. That means it needs a lot of saliva to transmit from one person to another when kissing. Besides, ulser in the mouth could possibly allow the virus pass through easier but still, it's less likely to be possible for the infection through kissing.

I know that AIDS can be transmitted sexually or if for example the you have a cut in your lip or and you kiss someone infected by AIDS there is a possibility that you will get that. I also read from a newspaper that AIDS can also be transmitted through saliva. I know for a fact that they are still finding a cure for AIDS.

i read somewhere a few years ago that it can be transferred by saliva, but only if you transfer at least 1L of saliva. but i just can't imagine how a person can transmit such amount of saliva.. eeeeww!!! ;b

yeah, i agree with repzkopz you can only get AIDS thorough saliva if you get 1liter form the infected person.

to..saliva is not a factor....the virus is very hard to eradicate.....i dunno but maybe the virus are resistant enough to not eliminate it...

No, I don't think u can get infected with AIDS if u kiss sm1, but yes there r possibilities if the person u r kissing is infected with aids and there's a cut on his lips.. I think u can only get affected b7y that disease if u come in contact with the infected person's blood...

I think so, especially if you have sores in your tongue or gums. I think there is a cure on it, but i am not sure.

nope, not by kissing but thru intravenous entrances or carnal knowledge. the last time i heard they're still coming up with the cure. nothing still beats prevention although i think science is onto something.

Yes kissing will definitely transmit the AIDS ... Better avoid lip kissing... it is too dangerous as people won't say you, who / whom want to kiss, that they have AIDS ...

as usual, AIDS will not transmited by kissing.so don't worry about it. but you know ,it can be transmited by other ways like blood, so let's keep ourself faith. so far, there are still no good ways to cure the AIDS.they are so pity who is infected for some disloyal guys.

No, you'd have to drink their saliva (literally like a bucket full) which is kind of gross in my opinion. And no, there is no cure for AIDS; so educate yourself about how you can get it, rather than worrying about how you can't.

I think I read somewhere that you can get aids from kissing but it has to be under certain circumstances. For instance if you they have a case of sensitive gums (bleeding). I know when you go for cpr classes now, they require the shield to protect the individuals. I don't think the risks are as high but they are there. My suggestion would be to check the internet for information on a health network.
