What you feel is the reason for the exit of India from ICC World cup?

I had warned of this danger in my previous questions.Most of us were looking beyond the super 8 only to trip at the first hurdle.
Please pick the probable reasons:
1.Under estimation of Bangla desh
2.Poor fielding/running between the wickets.
3.Poor batting/bowling
4.Lack of strategy,leadership
5.Any other(pl. specify)

Indian team has no courage to play against any team. They are helpless. There coach didn't give any suggestion how to win the matches. Rahul Dravid is not a good captain. He didn't give any guidance to his teammates. They didn't practice well before starting World Cup.
