Once he was beaten by a dog he was bleeding .The lady of the house declared with proudness “ Dog is given Injection” so “don’t worry”. How is that!!!!.Post in your views …

Great discussion , can't stop smiling . lol So you are symathetic towards dog or the postman . Postmans should have something with them too for their protection and there should be a board declaring that "There is a dog inside house", hanging on gate of each house. Postmans should be more careful and shouldn't enter any place where they have no idea about dogs or cretures inside and outside house.

It is very sad that many postmen are scared of dogs. It is the owner's responsibility to make sure his/her dog does not get to bite the postman. The dog feels upset because he/ she is being possessive about the house they live in. One of my dogs hates the postman. If we walk past him when he is delivering letters I make sure I keep my dog on a very short lead. My dog always barks when letters come through the front door. I tell my dog 'no'. Then he usually stops barking. I would be horrified if my dog ever bit the postman. Aggressive dogs are put down in the UK. It is something I wish to avoid. I can't understand the woman letting her dog attack the postman and then saying 'don't worry'.

Your dog is a discliplined fellow as he obeys you.Even in our complex there is a great dane who just barks as postman and courier man.they dare to enter the complex and deliver letters near the gate and run off.The dogs owners never care to tie him and he always keep running here and there.
