the problem is why my mylot account have $0.08,but my paypal account there is no money $0.00,i have edit my preferences and set the payment information and update.waiting answer.

You need to have a minimum of $10 to recieve payout at the end of each month. Then it is transfered over around the 15th. Hope that helps.

I haven't got paid yet, but the cash out money for myLot is 10$. So as far as I know you first have to earn 10$ in myLot, and then cash out and it will show in PayPal.
