I think it's because the snow melted so it's reminding me of her. I had her for 17 years. I have a pain in my heart right now and I feel on the verge of tears. I remember how sweet and cuddly she was. She was always nervous and scared of new things, but she was smart. She played fetch with string and she could walk on a leash. I really miss her. I just wanted to tell someone.

Indeed you will! I look forward to seeing my cats some day. When we leave this physical plane, we'll probably have so many cats that we've owned running to greet us that our deceased loved ones' spirits will just have to wait their turn to greet us, lol.

I really hope so. When I die, I hope that God allows me a bit of time at least with my 2 cats (1 is still alive but I'm sure she will die before me)

Hello Anakata, I understand what it means to loss a pet. Eventhough, they are just a pet, we always treat them like our own. I also lost 3 dogs in the past. I can remember those days vividly. I am the only one in the family who bathe, fed and played with my 3 dogs. It saddened me to think that they are lost to me forever. For now, I got a bunny of my own and he is fairly well a good company for me.
