how do you hack another player's account??

Ok i have been needing to know how to do this for awhile becuase i have many friends and me that always get hacked or scammed and then they go to me for help saying i hate this person can u scam him for me he scammed me. I do not know how though any good techniques or ideas please tell me how i can do this.
