My sister in-law is moving in!!! Help!!!

Ok so i need everyones help and opinion. Me and my husband just bought of first house! woohoo. We got a three bedroom house, we have won room, or son the second and then the third is empty. So, i just found out that my husband asked his sister to move in with us!! don't get me wrong i think she is a great girl. But i dont think its a good idea. Firstly, she likes to party alot (since shes only 20) and right now at her dads house, she is either out till 2 am or is on the phone to 2am or has a bunch of people over. Since me and my husband have a 1year old son, we go to bed at like 9. and i think that it might all cause a conflict. exspecially when i dont like starnge people around my son. what should i do? Should i say anything? or am i just over reacting? i really need help.

You posted this a year ago so I hope things are better now. But I can't imagine. I would never want my sister-in-law to live with us. Not that she parties too much or anything - just that we don't get along at all. It just wouldn't work out. We would piss each other off. Good luck with everything.

As it is your home and all I would talk with her and set some basic ground rules seeing you have a young child at home. being she is only 20 she needs to be set in her place as she is under your roof and not her own. I would do the same as well if I had a relative here as well. A bit late at responding but I just found your page recently. HAHAHA! So how did this all turn out anyhow?
