Yesterday I let my daughter sit in front of a life size mirror that touches the ground level .. the experience of my daughter is worth tellin u all .. i was amazed how she was finding it so amazing that whatever she was doing was gettin replicated inside the mirror .. she waved her hand and checked inside the mirror if it does the same .. and Yes it did and she chuckled :) then she pressed her hand against the mirror and the hand in the mirror followed suit .. she pressed both her hands and got up and so did the image inside the mirror .. by now my daughter was overwhelmed and completely ecstatic :) she even picked a paper back lying next to her by lookin at the mirror .. i guess she got the logic of what a mirror does .. my daughter is just 10 months and i was glad that she has started learning from her experiences ..

I love when children do those little momentums that you will never forget. I remember my 3rd would always cry when we watched ice age and the tiger woulds say where's the baby? I thought it was so cute.

Isn't it cute the way kids learn things? I remeber the first few times my daughter did the mirror thing too. She would sit there for what seemed like forever and just watch herself do all sorts of things and giggle her little butt off.

Yep i had a similar experience and its real fun to watch her have so much fun with just a mirror .. we as parents keep thinking of gettin the best of games for kids but kids are more interested in everyday things that we make use of .. they are so innocent and simple ..

It is sooooooo cute to watch children discover new things. I was very fascinated with the mirror when I was a kid. I would sit there and watch myself blow bubbles with my bubble gum. In my house sticking out you tongue was a major no no. My mother felt it was very rude and she would get upset each time she caught us doing it. My middle sister and I had a nice size mirror in our room and I remember getting real close to it and sticking out my tongue. It always made me laugh that something so quick and easy to do got my mother so upset. When you are a kid, that's pretty much all the anger you are allowed, except maybe poking out your lip.
