why all the mobile numbers starts with the digit "9"...?

Maybe for you to know it's a mobile phone. Then, if you have a number that starts with '9', you already know it's a mobile one.

What are you talking about? My cell phone number starts with a "4". It all depends on what area codes your service area has.

yo ofcourse but am talking about the india.. in india most of the mobile numbers starts with '9' that to southern region da..!!
