what is forex?

Forex is a place where you can trade in a currency (Example €/$ )when €/$ is 1.33 and you buy 10000 € you should pay 13300 $ for it,there is a leverage during the day so you pay only a % of it (when you pay only 1% of it it means you have to pay 133$) and when you sell the € later during the day on 1.333 you get 13330 $ for it or a win of 30$. Because you have only paid 133$ as investment and you have won 30$ that means you won 22.55% on your investment (or must I say gamble because when the € falls to 1.327 you should loose 30$ on it and by a fall below 1.3167 you loose more then your investment). When you think the € should fall you do the opposite and sell 10000€ for 13300 $,when the €/$ falls to 1.327you win in that case 30$ because you can buy the 10000€ back for 13270 $ (the risk is then that the $ will fall).

i don't know well too, but if i'm not in error, forex are the trading of the country money, i know some people use thise trading sistem to make money, i'm curious too to know some site where forex is explained
