The world is a dreadful place to live in now. Can we actually make it better? Be realistic please.

This sounds so corny, but I believe that improving the world starts one person at a time. This is particularly true since the only person any of us can really change is the one that looks back from the mirror!

Lol..I feel my question in itself is corny so don't feel bad. There's a saying that goes something like "Little drops of water form the ocean." I was reminded of this saying when I read your response. Thanks for sharing :)

I think that is a beautiful image, of the little drops of water, and I'm not opposed to corniness when it fits the situation!

Why not? Try from today to make your place beautiful and be little organised tomorrow your friend/colleague will learn that. Day after tomorrow their friend and this will continue and one day the whole world would have improved.

Thanks for your reply~ But how do we identify and actually remove it? Corruption can exist in so many forms..just a thought :)

Heh, I was actually studying the UN a few hours ago for Social Studies. Your response really appeals to me cause I think that the little Asian countries, like the one I reside in, are not given enough say. Thanks for replying :D
