First give your system config, then write what exactly problem is? If you are new computer user then try to install games correctly. check the latest directX version installed or not if you like to play higher graphical games then you need a good graphics card if you have then try to install games correctly.

What is the specification of your computer?? Maybe you can tell me because i think your computer specification will affect your computer can run a game or not. Maybe you couldn't get the requirement. Check your hardware with the game minimum requirement if it is not capable, you can't run your game. I hope this will help you.

See modern games are resource hungry... most of them need high end graphics card installed on the system. You have not mentioned you system config. maybe there is a hardware problem. And as yours is a new computer so make sure you have all your display drivers installed. Maybe these tips might help you.
