Lose weight, Quit smoking, Avoid alcohol and sedatives. Avoid sleeping at your back with your head facing up. Up to 40% of people snore mostly men, older people and those who are overweight.. Though most of us dismiss it as a nuisance, snoring can lead to a serious problem. It can lead to sleep apnoea which causes the sufferer to stop breathing for up to ten seconds at a time during sleep. We should not take for granted snore, this is just a friendly reminder to everyone.

Those are some very legitimate tips. I smoke and I drink on occasion but the most times that I snore is when I am very tired or have drank just a little too much. My husband also snores and he also smokes and drinks. He snores very loud but most of his snoring comes from his nose being broke twice over the years. He snores the worst when he is also very tired on top of all of the other things I mentioned.
