How many of you can cook an omelette? How do you make one? I love to make an omelette using two eggs, salt to taste, 1 onion, 1 tomato, some corriander leaves, a little cheese, a little milk and some chilli powder. I whisk all of this until the mixture gets frothy and then pour it into a frying pan that is heated with oil and then cook it on a slow fire until it gets golden brown...........yummy

Haha, what variety! I am afraid I am more on the lazy side. I just stick to purely egg, and that's it! ;P

I will use 2-3 eggs depending on if I am sharing it with my 14 month old. I will mix my eggs, milk, seasonings (salt, peper, garlic powder) until frothy. Then I pour it in the heated, oiled skillet. I let it cook until it looks solid, then I add my cheese, onion, tomatoes, bacon bits (whatever I want in the filling) and flip one end of the circle so that is foled in half. I let it heat there for a short time til the cheese is melted. Then I slide it out of the pan and add some salsa.

This seems good I must try adding garlic powder or paste and the salsa or maybe a tobasco sauce. Thank you....I can already smell it
