The smartest thing I've done of late is to reintroduce water into my "diet" (everything is a diet even eating badly is a diet) and I stop just short of eating 2/3rds of everything I eat. I feel like that's the only visual way I can consciously help myself. I try to eat a lot of fish too.

no time....most common reason...
well i would suggest u control the amt of ur food...
breakfast should b heavy....lunch n dinner keep it light...
take plenty of water....esp when u feel hungry....
take out some time...half n hr a day....for some physical activity....so u can burn some cal...
im a doctor....this is what i tell my patients...

When losing weight, I found that special K has the right idea, but a bad cereal. I eat TONS of fruit loops, and do yoga. The cereal is a big thing. Having cereal for 2 meals a day and snacks cuts so many calories, it does great just that. Yoga is also a great way to slim down. Just a few positions a day, in front of the tv, pull out towels and have the kids do it too, or use them as a weight to strengthen certain positions. Best of luck. Remember, cereal. Any kind, two meals, and snacks. Have fun. Weight loss shouldn't be a huge chore. Also, get a pedometer. I found out I walk 1.7 miles just around the house chasing after my son. Try to up your steps every day. Walk around the couch once just to up the count. Best of luck.

yes decrease your portisons, istead of 2 sandwiches only eat one, stuff like that
