Easy solution for lazy and fat people

If you are like me, then I can say that you are lazy and fat. We have so many things in common like we eat a lot, don't exercise, love to sleep, hate to do chores and dream about looking good without any toil. Right? Well, get up and get ready. Because I am going to tell you the easiest and the most convenient way to lose weight. You have to control your food habit by yourself, though. You need not exercise, swim, ride a bicycle or jog. Just dance. Yes, dance as much as you can and dance everyday for at least one hour. Start with half an hour then slowly increase the time. See the change after one month, if you have done it religiously. Trust me, it helps. You not only lose weight, but feel good, look rejuvenated, refreshed and happy. You can stop after one month if you want to, but you will continue, I know, because you are going to love the results.

I agree with you totally on this one! When I was losing weight I did dancing just at home while doing the house work. Not only did It get my blood pumping it also made me feel great! Dancing is great exercise because not only does it feel like fun it doesn't feel like you are pushing yourself too hard! I love dancing and I too recomend it as a form of exercise! Wanna make it even more fun? go clubbing with some friends and pary hard! (No booze though!)

Thanks for the advice. I've been going about it all wrong. I have been working out for almost a year now and have only lost 52 pounds. I think I like the dancing Idea better then the treadmill. I will have to wait for my daughter to go school so she won't see me. HA Ha.....

Great but dancing is also one form of exercise only. You must be knowing now adyas there are aerobics sessions in each gym and health clubs. What they do is same they ask us to perform with rthym to get maximum sweat from our body. I think cardio is the best working possible exercise for losing fast way and increase our stemina.

That's very good advice. Dancing is great not just for losing weight but it must certainly improve one's sense of well-being because of the good vibrations you get from moving to your favorite music! So I agree, get up and dance!

I saw an article in Women's World Magazine about some women who lost a lot of weight using that video game where you dance, I think it is called Dance Dance Revolution or something. Anyway, my neice owns the game so I made arrangements for her to let me use it when she goes to college. I am looking forward to it very much.
